These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Connection Points (the "Platform"), provided by Connection Points Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • Accounts are non-transferable.
  • You may opt out of promotional emails, but critical service communications will still be sent.
  • By registering on the platform, you grant right for us to store your email address(es) and communicate with you regarding the platform, including but not limited to promotional offers, updates, and other relevant information. The platform will not share you email address(es), or those of your contacts, with third parties without explicit consent.
  • You may opt-out of receiving communications from the platform at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email or by contacting the platform's customer support. Opting out of communications may result in reduced platform functionality or inability to participate in certain promotions.

3. USE OF THE PLATFORM

  • You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for the content you input, including contact data and personas.
  • You must not use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
  • AI-generated messages are for personal/business use only. You assume responsibility for reviewing them before sending.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

  • Some features require payment. Subscription fees are billed per the selected plan.
  • We use third-party payment processors. We do not store payment details.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • We retain ownership of all Connection Points software, AI models, and proprietary content.
  • Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Platform.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

  • You retain ownership of personas and contact data you create.
  • By submitting data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process it for Platform functionality.
  • We may analyze anonymized user data to improve AI features.

7. DATA PRIVACY

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • AI-generated content accuracy
  • Unauthorized access to accounts

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Users may cancel their accounts at any time.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • U.S. Users: Governed by the laws of Delaware, USA
  • Canadian Users: Governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
  • Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada (except where prohibited by law).

11. AI-GENERATED CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • The Platform provides AI-generated messages to assist users with engagement and communication.
  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate; users are responsible for reviewing and modifying messages before use.
  • The Company disclaims liability for any issues arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the changes.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
